The date and place of opening the envelopes (attendance is optional for the bidders or their representatives)
The envelopes will be opened on Monday 11/10/2021 at 02:00 pm, and the opening location will be in the Sports City of King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa in the main lobby (entry from the university gate No. 12)
